Blueberry Proteincakes

So, you guessed it, these are pretty much identical to my Raspberry Proteincakes except with BLOOBS (aka blueberries in a civilized society)!

Definitely less of a sugar overload than it’s raspberry recipe cousin, these blueberry pancakes are a macro-friendly twist on a traditional breakfast go-to.

Blueberry Proteincakes

  • Servings: ~Two 6-inch pancakes

Fruity and buttery twist on a macro-friendly pancake recipe.


-1/4 cup Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes mix

-1/2 cup Silk Unsweetened Cashew Milk (or milk of choice!)

-1/4 cups 100% Egg whites

-3 oz fresh blueberries

-Vanilla extract to taste

-Truvia to taste

-2 tsp salted butter


-2 tsp salted butter

-Blueberries for garnish

-Waldenfarms Pancake Syrup


In a medium bowl, add Kodiak Cakes mix, blueberries, egg whites, and cashew milk.

Mix together!

Add vanilla and Truvia to taste

Add mix to non-stick pan or griddle.

Flip 🙂

Top with a spat of butter, add some extra blueberries, drown in Waldernfarms pancake syrup, and savor!
