Raspberry Proteincakes

Okay, okay– I cannot take ALL the credit for these bad boys, because Kodiak Cakes makes a BOMB mix that I used as a base.

BUT if you’re looking to up the protein count and get a little deliciously creative, I can help ya out with that!

If you want a sweet way to start your day that is reminiscent of warm days of spring and summer and just general happiness, these are right down your ally! Top it off with some birthday cake peanut butter, and you’ll be celebrating any day of the year.

Raspberry Proteincakes

  • Servings: ~Two 6-inch pancakes

Sweet and summery twist on a macro-friendly pancake recipe. Are these breakfast or dessert... you tell me!


-1/4 cup Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes mix

-1/2 cup Silk Unsweetened Cashew Milk (or milk of choice!)

-1/4 cups 100% Egg whites

-3 oz fresh raspberries

-Vanilla extract to taste

-Truvia to taste


-1 tbsp Nuts ‘n’ More Birthday Cake High-Protein Peanut Butter

-Raspberries for garnish

-Waldenfarms Pancake Syrup


In a medium bowl, add Kodiak Cakes mix, raspberries, egg whites, and cashew milk.

Mix together, mashing raspberries into the mix.

Add vanilla and Truvia to taste

Add mix to non-stick pan or griddle.

Flip 🙂

Smear some birthday cake peanut butter goodness on top, add some extra raspberries, drown in Waldernfarms pancake syrup, and savor!
